![]() pst files including my custom location for archive.pst. I have found a registry entry here 'Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Search' that lists the rogue location as well as all my. I do have a number of folders with custom settings for 'Do not archive' and my 'trash' folders are set to permanently delete old messages however in both cases the greyed out location for the archive data file is still my custom location. I have looked at a random sample and particularly the 'Deleted Items' folders and they all point to my chosen location for the archive.pst data file. I have 7 IMAP accounts configured in this profile with probably over 50 sub folders total. ![]() When I say 'empty' there are 2 sub folders 'Deleted Items' and 'Search Folders' and both of those are empty. ![]()
